all mothers, grandmother and great-grandmothers!

A seated three-course lunch (menu) starting at 12.30pm
- A small bouquet of flowers for every mother
- Cloisenne pendant on a gold chain from Clair de Lune
- Music by popular local entertainer, Juliette Palmer-Frederick.

- Prawns in sizzling oil ~ with garlic and spring onions
- Crumbed stuffed mushrooms ~ with three
cheese sauce
- Baked sweet potato and pumpkin gnocchi ~ with a herbed parmesan cream
- Brie, caramelised onion and semi-dried tomato tart ~ with tomato chilli jam
Main
- Fillet of pork ~ with Tia Maria liqueur cream sauce
- Eye fillet steak ~ with paprika cream potatoes and capsicum
relish
- Breast of chicken
~ with a mushroom and sage jus
- Atlantic salmon
~ with sweet chilli, soy, lime and coriander dressing
- Vegetable stir fry
~ on polenta cake
Dessert
- Lemon, lime curd tart
~ with creme fraiche and candied zest
- Caramel and hazelnut meringue stacks with fresh cream
- Chocolate and nut pate with fresh cream
