Each class
begins with gentle breathing exercises to relax your body, followed by more vigorous exercises and stretches, and concludes
with relaxation. The exercises and stretches are non-aerobic, the accent being on the correct alignment of your body, improved
balance, effective breathing, greater self awareness and deep relaxation.
The more
often you attend or practise exercises, the greater your flexibility, strength and sense of physical well-being and
mental relaxation will be.
Classes sizes are kept to a maximum of 20 people, so be sure to call Glenn on 02 4782 2264 to reserve your place in the
class.
